Article 1: General Provisions

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") define the conditions of use of the "Color" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Members who use the Service must agree to these Terms of Use before using the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the TOS, at which point a contract for use of the Service is formed between the Company and the member.

Article 2: Revision of the TOS

The Company may revise the TOS at any time without the consent of users. If the TOS is revised in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company shall promptly post the revised TOS on the Service. The revised TOS shall become effective from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 3: Purpose of the Service

The purpose of the service is for members to freely create characters using nicknames, etc., and to communicate with each other via messages about their interests and hobbies through these characters.

Article 4: Notification from the Company

The Company will notify users of necessary matters from time to time by posting notices on the service, sending e-mails, or by any other method the Company deems appropriate. Notifications in the preceding paragraph shall take effect from the time the Company posts the notice on the Service or sends it by e-mail, etc.

Article 5: Management and Disclosure of Profile Information

Profile information voluntarily entered by a user at the start of use of the service will be disclosed to other users as their profile on the service.

Article 6: Usage Fees

In principle, the basic services of this service are free of charge, but the number of points required to use some of the paid services shall be determined separately by the Company. For details, users shall confirm the contents of the "List of Paid Services" within the service. No refunds of fees after point purchases will be made. The validity period of points shall be 180 days from the date of purchase of individual points, and said points shall expire after 180 days from the date of issuance of points by our company. The validity period of points shall be calculated on a case-by-case basis and shall not be extended for any reason. In addition, the validity period of free service points (all points other than paid points) is 7 days including the date of grant. All points owned by the user will be deleted when the user withdraws from the service. If a customer is found to be under the age of 18 (including high school students), the customer will be required to follow the procedure for suspension of use. The user shall bear the communication and other charges necessary to use this service. When using paid services, no additional fees will be charged in the form of interest, administrative fees, late fees, etc.

Article 7: Prohibited Acts

Users shall not use the service to commit any of the following acts Acts that violate these Terms of Use Acts that offend public order and morals Acts for the purpose of profit-making or business activities Acts to solicit prostitution or dating assistance, etc. Exchanging money between members Acts that infringe or may infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks of other users, third parties, or the Company Any action that infringes or may infringe the property, privacy, portrait rights, or publicity rights of other users, third parties, or the Company Acts that discriminate against or slander other users, third parties, or the Company, or that damage the honor or credibility of other users, third parties, or the Company. Establishing or soliciting an endless pyramid scheme. Interfering with the Company's operation of the Service. Using this service by impersonating a third party. Holding duplicate accounts by the same user. Sharing the same account among multiple users. Transferring or lending an account for this service. Actions that encourage any of the aforementioned actions. Actions that violate laws and regulations or promote crimes, etc. Any other acts that we deem inappropriate. If the Company confirms any of the prohibited acts specified in the preceding paragraph, the Company may suspend the use of the Service or terminate the membership of the relevant user.

Article 8: Withdrawal from the Service

The User may terminate use of the Service and withdraw from the Service at any time in accordance with these Terms of Use and the method determined by the Company. If there is no problem with the user's use of the service, the withdrawal will be processed immediately upon confirmation by the management. If a certain period of time (more than one month) has elapsed after the user has blocked a friend, the user shall be considered to have withdrawn from the Service. When a user withdraws from the service, the user loses all rights as a member, including the right to receive the service and the right to receive information through the notification function of the service. Upon withdrawal from the Service, all points owned by the user will be deleted. In addition, no refunds of purchased point fees will be made. No fees or other charges will be incurred upon withdrawal from the membership. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a user may be able to continue to use his/her user account by applying to the Company. In the event that a user commits any of the prohibited acts set forth in Article 7 of these Terms of Use, or in the event that a user's use of the Service is deemed inappropriate due to a violation of these Terms of Use, etc., the Company may terminate the user's membership without prior notice to the user in question. In no event shall we be liable for any damages incurred by a user who has been withdrawn from this service in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph. In the event that damages are incurred by the Company as a result of such user's actions, the Company shall claim compensation for such damages from such user upon consultation. In the event that a user is terminated in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company will not refund any fees. In addition, the Company shall not respond to any other requests from the user.

Article 9: Advertising on the Service

We may provide advertisements from our company and advertisers to users on the Service. We do not guarantee the content of services provided by advertisers to users, nor do we accept responsibility for the outcomes thereof. Users agree to release us from any losses or damages resulting from their use of advertisements or actions associated therewith. If you wish to stop receiving emails from this service, please contact us via "Inquiries."

Article 10: Deletion of Information

If we confirm that a user has engaged in prohibited activities as defined in Article 7 of these terms, we will delete the information related to such violations without prior notice to the user. We bear no responsibility to explain the reasons for deletion upon user inquiries regarding the removal of content related to prohibited activities.

Article 11: Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or existence of any information obtained by users through the use of the service. We also do not provide any warranties regarding the content of messages sent by users to other users or the profile information voluntarily provided by users. We disclaim any responsibility for the results of user usage of the service or any malfunctions or interruptions of the service. We do not intervene in or assume any responsibility for issues or damages arising between users or between users and third parties. Users acknowledge and agree in advance that our response to inquiries may take time or may not be provided depending on the nature of the inquiry. We reserve the right to delete any information uploaded by users if deemed inappropriate.

Article 12: Termination of the Service

We reserve the right to terminate the provision of the service to users, in whole or in part, with prior notice.

Article 13: Interruption of the Service

Users agree to the possibility of temporary interruptions in the provision of the service without prior notice, in cases such as maintenance or construction of facilities for the service, occurrence of obstacles to the service facilities, or operational or technical issues deemed necessary by us to temporarily suspend the service.

Article 14: Handling of Personal Information

We will appropriately protect users' personal information and comply with the "Privacy Policy" posted separately on the service.

Article 15: Intellectual Property Rights

Users acknowledge and agree that information provided by us through the service (including text, images, photographs, audio, and software) is protected by copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights and laws.

Article 16: Claim for Damages

If a user violates these terms or unlawfully uses the service, causing damages to us, we will claim appropriate damages.

Article 17: Age Verification

For the purpose of protecting children from crimes such as child prostitution resulting from the use of internet matchmaking businesses and contributing to the healthy development of children, we conduct age verification through predetermined methods, such as presenting identity documents, for both male and female users when using the service. After applying for membership registration, users must provide proof of age or date of birth, proof of identity, and the issuer via image submission. Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the service until their age is authenticated. The term "proof of age or date of birth, proof of identity, and the issuer" refers to documents such as driving license, passport, citizen Card, identification card, etc issued by government. Or a notarization of Identity from a registered lawyer. To eliminate the possibility of meeting through self-introductions before age verification, we monitor the posting of self-introduction texts. Therefore, users agree that we may, without notice, prevent the publication or delete self-introduction texts that contain elements such as places or times of potential meetings before age verification.

Article 18: Miscellaneous

In the event of a dispute between a user and us, both parties will make sincere efforts to resolve the issue through consultation. Despite such consultation, if the necessity of litigation arises, both parties agree to designate the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction for the first instance, depending on the amount of the claim. For matters not specified in these terms regarding the use of the service, users shall comply with the provisions separately stipulated by us.
